While the check-in staff were polite and forthcoming about the room conditions, we encountered issues with cleanliness. Unfortunately, pests were present, which detracted from our experience. The hotel's free Wi-Fi and available laundry service did offer some convenience. The shared kitchen was practical, allowing us to prepare simple meals, a valuable feature for families.
